1. All Sales Are Final: All furniture sold during this sample sale is sold “as is” and is final sale. This means:No returns, No refunds, No exchanges, No cancellations once payment is made
Please inspect items carefully before purchase, as we will not accept any post-sale claims regarding condition, size, or suitability.
2. Condition of Items: Sample sale items may include showroom pieces, floor models, or returned inventory. As such, items may show signs of use, including but not limited to: Minor scratches, dents, scuffs, or discoloration. Natural variations in materials (wood grain, leather patina, etc.). Missing original packaging. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the item’s current condition. No additional warranties—express or implied—apply to sample sale items.
3. Pickup, Delivery & Risk of Loss: Purchased items must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 3 business days of purchase. You may arrange delivery with third-party service at your expense.Title and risk of loss pass to you upon pickup or delivery. We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transport not handled by our in-house team.
4. Limited Availability: Inventory is extremely limited and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item becomes unavailable, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
5. Payment Terms: All sales must be paid in full at time of purchase. We accept CC, Wire Transfer and checks as payment methods. Items will not be released for pickup or delivery until payment is confirmed.
6. Policy Changes: We may revise these terms at any time without notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern.
