A strategic visit welcomed Oskal’s team for an immersive brand and factory experience.
Ahead of the upcoming opening of the new Adriana Hoyos Shop-in-shop in Guatemala this June, the brand welcomed the commercial head of our partner in the Dominican Republic, Oskal, along with the team of the new Guatemala location, for a specialized training experience.
The visit was designed to provide a deeper understanding of the Adriana Hoyos showroom experience, brand standards, and client service approach, ensuring that the new team is fully aligned with the values, language, and excellence that define AH across international markets.
As part of the program, the team also visited the factory to learn firsthand about the brand’s production processes, craftsmanship, quality standards, and operational workflows. This direct exposure offered a comprehensive view of how each piece is developed, from concept to execution, reinforcing the importance of product knowledge and attention to detail in every client interaction.
This initiative reflects Adriana Hoyos’ commitment to supporting its partners through knowledge, collaboration, and continuous training, while strengthening the foundation for a successful launch in the Guatemalan market.
